There are certain things I look for whenever a new partnership is presented to me. I look for a business with strong potential and growth along with individuals who are passionate, honest and hard-working. I really like the “business” side of any industry and finding and creating innovative ways to promote and grow our companies.
I believe all business can operate and grow with the same basic principles regardless of the industry. Consistent communication is a cornerstone at CBG. Keeping open lines of communication helps keep everyone on the same path and working towards our shared vision of success.

When Grant met Bryan, he found him to be sincere and inquisitive about Grant’s business and undoubtedly motivated. Following Bryan’s graduation from Kwantlen Polytechnic University with his degree in business, Grant was quick to offer him a position: assisting in the day to day business operations of then two Coronation businesses. Together Bryan and Grant began their search for more businesses with the potential to fit in with their growing group of companies.

Grant and Bryan realized they needed to improve the website presence of their current companies. In their search to find a solution, their next business was born. A full-time web design company. While working on finding ways to obtain more leads for this new web design business, they began testing search engine optimization (SEO) tactics. Within a short period of time, pivotal strategies were created putting their businesses on page one of Google. Using the CBG theory of “what works for one business will work for others”, they made the decision to transform from exclusive web design to an on-line marketing company. Coronation Internet Marketing is now known as a leader in SEO across Canada and throughout North America.

Refresh Carpet Clean
Grant and Scott’s paths crossed while CBG owned a cleaning company (since sold). Grant found Scott to be an honest, hard-working guy who was passionate about his carpet cleaning industry. Scott’s salesmanship and work ethic impressed Grant to the point where he clearly saw Scott as an excellent fit for CBG and offered him a partnership. Together, they continue to grow Refresh, currently to three vans on the road and four full-time technicians.
