1. What is one daily habit you do that has contributed to your success over the years?

I write things down! Ideas. Thoughts. To do’s. Notes from meetings. That way it is always staring me in the face and makes it easier to tackle. If it’s written down, I will get it done.

2. What mindset shift did you adopt that helped you grow into the wage earner you are now?

Don’t let what you think is a roadblock to success stop you. I say keep pushing your plans/ideas until it becomes impossible to achieve…and usually it never is impossible.

3. We all have “blind spots”.  Is there anything you do that helps you better see those blinds spots or avoid them?

Always have a plan and communicate well. Touch base with key customers, staff, management, vendors. Communication is key. It usually avoids surprises.

4. What advice would you give your 25-year old self?

Realize building something special takes time. Usually longer than expected.

5. What is one thing every entrepreneur should have?

Always have a plan. But understand it’s OK to change the plan.
